The student may be expelled by the Studies Department, upon proposal and judgment of the coordination of the respective program, when it shows a serious or repeated lack of discipline, disinterest in learning, non-compliance with the minimum requirements of the established program or does not exceed the periodic evaluation tests that in each case have been determined.
5. The falseness, in whole or in part, of the data provided in the process of selection and admission of the student will also be cause for expulsion.
6. The expulsion implies the loss of his rights on the course, of obtaining the title or diploma accrediting the completion of the respective program, as well as the non-refund of the registration fee. This same condition will be given in the case of resignation on your part once the course has begun.

Teaching contract, general conditions of enrollment

MONLAU COMPETICIÓN, SL undertakes to deliver to the student the materials included in the course (in face-to-face study modalities, if any, and distance, in the case of online training, access codes to the teaching platform www.motorsportonlinemaster.com) when they have been collected in the previous information according to the curriculum of the same submitted or delivered to the student who has read, understood and accepted.
Monlau Competition S.L will open a personal file for each student having up to date the studies followed and the scores obtained, also maintaining a Record of the diplomas obtained at the end of the studies. (Art. 38 and 39 Order 29 June 81- B.O.E 13-VII-1981).
Monlau Competition S.L is committed to answering queries on the specific subjects of the course and to correct the exercise questionnaires supporting at all times the studies carried out by their students. All during the period of delivery of the course. When the student has paid and completed the course satisfactorily, Monlau Competition S.L will extend the corresponding Diploma that will accredit the studies carried out in the planned teachings, without official academic effects, according to Art. 39 Order 29 June 81-B.O.E. 13-VII-1981 and / or the Organic Law 1/1990 of General Regulation of the Educational System; and / or in application of the provisions of article 24.1 of the Organic Law 8/1985, of July 3, regulating the Right to Education, in reference to the legislative provisions of the Organic Law 2/2006 on Education.
Monlau Competición S.L will be able to contribute to the course by applying the necessary modifications of both temporalization and teaching staff, as well as keeping it updated at the pace of technological progress, preserving the proper balance between the fundamental knowledge of each subject and the current technical applications. As well as the scientific, technical, legal and / or pedagogical novelties.
At the time of contracting the course, the student and Monlau Competition S.L recognize the legal or professional news of the same according to the pre-contractual information sent or delivered and visible in the different campus access websites.
In case of non-fulfillment by Monlau Competition S.L of any of the Clauses of this Teaching Contract and after informing Monlau Competition S.L in writing, the student may communicate it for his claim.
Monlau Competition S.L will be cause of cancellation, therefore of termination of the contract, the following circumstances: not personally perform the exercises; the attitude manifested against the faculty, the school or the official institutions, the regular non-payment of fees.
For the fulfillment and interpretation of this contract, both parties submit to the Courts of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction which might apply.
